This is up to your students, but we suggest they spend at least 30 minutes outside of class time to work each entrepreneurial skill learned in class.

Students will learn skills essential to navigating the real world successfully. Skills like problem-solving, collaboration, decision-making, research, communication, financial literacy and leadership are naturally learned through entrepreneurship and will equip youth with skills needed to own their future from being able to work with others in schools, impacting change in their communities, to achieving their career goals.

Every program packages can be implemented in spaces for youth 12 to 24 years old and comes with age-targeted lesson modules for your students.
Once youth have learned about identifying their suppliers and met program requirements, they’re ready to order their supplies. There is no cash exchange, each youth owned company accesses their seed funding by submitting a Supply Order Form via the WeThrive platform. They may order any supplies needed to create their prototype within the seed funding budget.
There are no prerequisites or requirements for teachers or facilitators to implement the program. Access to devices for youth are required for them to successfully complete the tasks needed to launch their ventures.
If you’ve selected a program package that includes access to the WeThrive business network, you may request virtual meetings or a virtuall guest speaker for your students. Upon confirmation of program requirements being met, we will coordinate your virtual event.

Post-program support is based on your students’ goals. They may want a mentor to guide them on a specific career path, support in growing their ventures, or opportunities to join events like showcases, shark tanks and selling opportunities.
