WeThrive is a collective of undergrads that mentor and teach life skills through entrepreneurship to youth of under-resourced communities. We work through college student chapters that operate as entrepreneurial hubs for their peers and local community. College students engage in our youth mentoring program, national initiatives, and play a role in their campus leadership. Within our youth mentoring program, youth participants create ventures of their own, earn revenues and donate all profits to charity over the course of an academic school year. Most importantly, our youth participants are learning life skills and adopting habits that allow an individual to achieve their goals and definition of success.
We use a full-circle mentoring approach so not only do youth participants receive mentorship, but our college students also receive coaching from WeThrive National and mentorship from local professionals.
As individuals, we can succeed and do great things but to truly Thrive it takes a team. Individuals don’t make a difference, teams do. That’s nowhere to be found more true than within the social cause this organization addresses and entrepreneurship as a whole. The logo spelling only “thrive” is intentional. By nature of our brand philosophy, the word thrive implies that there is a “we” or a team striving and achieving goals together.
WeThrive is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization.
